At MariCell LiFePO4 Batteries, we are committed to providing quality assurance for our products. We proudly offer a 5-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty also includes coverage for any charging or discharging issues that may arise during the warranty period. If a defect is identified, we will repair or replace the battery free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note, this warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Submersion in water or damage caused by water ingress

  • Burned, scorched, or fire-damaged batteries

  • Disassembled, tampered with, or physically altered units

  • Personally modified or repaired units by unauthorized personnel

  • Physical damage due to accidents, drops, or impact

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures beyond the rated limits (both high and low)

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damages that do not affect performance

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, lightning strikes, etc.)

30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At MariCell, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, used, submerged, burned, disassembled, or modified.

  • Products showing physical damage, wear and tear, or environmental exposure (e.g., saltwater corrosion).
